Belinda was an absolute jewel to work with. We originally contacted another realtor and requested if a home was still available after 3 message and no answer to our question to him we had to look in another direction. Our son had referred Belinda to us as he had worked with her previously and she did not disappoint. We needed to get into a house immediately and in certain areas of town. She was very familiar with the area, communication was excellent, she was available when we wanted to see a home and she worked closely with other realtors, the mortgage company, and the title company. She will do you a professional job and stay on top of things until the sale closes.

Belinda is amazing!! My husband and I moved to San Antonio 2 years ago and she made finding a home easy and effortless. Knowing we were limited on traveling between both cities she made the most of our time with looking at houses. There are no words I can put into this review that will say how excellent Belinda was when buying our first home. From day one, when we chose Belinda to be our Realtor, we knew we would be in good hands. Within days, she had multiple listings ready to be reviewed and worked with our schedule as we were military and had to fly across the country to see potential homes. Belinda was excited to work with us and impressed us on day 1 of viewing homes. She knew how the builds were going and who the right people were to talk to when it came to viewing, and she got us the best bang for our dollar. After we picked our home, Belinda was on it to get us under contract using our VA loan and even did virtual work for our blue tape inspection since we could not be there. With her eagle eyes, she could spot multiple items we would not have seen and, like a honey badger, made sure they got reported. I could go on about how awesome a relator she is, but just know if you choose her to get you your next home, you will be in the best relator hands in all of San Antonio.
